摘 要:山西某煤矿采煤机行走轮组件轴承平均使用寿命仅为85 d,对轴承使用损坏失效问题进行研究,理论计算和统计分析表明,轴承润滑不足是导致轴承使用寿命短的主要原因,占比78.1%.针对该情况提出了采用SKF双侧密封式的自润滑轴承替代以往普通调心滚子轴承的改进方案,实践结果表明,改进后采煤机行走轮组件轴承使用寿命从85 d提高至310 d,大幅度降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了开采的工作效率,安全经济效益显著.The average service life of the walking wheel assembly bearing of coal mining machine in a coal mine in Shanxi is only 85 d.Theoretical calculations and statistical analyses show that insufficient lubrication of the bearing is the main reason for the short service life of the bearing,which accounts for 78.1%.For this situation put forward the use of SKF double-side sealed self-lubricating bearings to replace the previous common spherical roller bearing improvement scheme,the practical results show that after the improvement of the coal mining machine walking wheel assembly bearing service life from 85 d to 310 d,greatly reducing the labour intensity of workers,improve the efficiency of mining work,safety and economic benefits are significant.
