摘　　要：汽车变速箱的装配质量是汽车舒适性的关键指标之一,为了解决目前变速箱装配精度不足的问题,通过分析变速箱结构确定了关键影响因素为调整垫片的厚度,分析了影响测量精度的因素并使用补偿法进行参数修正,建立新的装配尺寸链,设计了变速箱测量机构与变速箱壳体测量机构,通过验证表明该测量技术明显提高了变速箱装配质量,使变速箱有更高的可靠性与舒适性.The assembly quality of automobile gearbox is one of the key indexes of automobile comfort,in order to solve the current problem of insufficient assembly accuracy of gearbox,the key influencing factor is the thickness of adjusting shims by analysing the structure of gearbox,the factors affecting the measurement accuracy are analysed and the parameter corrections are made by using the compensation method to set up a new assembly dimensional chain,and the measurement mechanism of the gearbox and the measuring mechanism of the gearbox shell are designed,and the verification shows that this measurement technology has significantly improved the assembly quality of gearbox,which makes the gearbox have a better quality of assembly.The verification shows that the measurement technology obviously improves the assembly quality of the gearbox and makes the gearbox have higher reliability and comfort.
