摘 要:为了解决寺河煤矿井下利用预留煤柱支护方案所存在的煤炭回采率低、经济性差的问题,提出了一种基于"110工法"的井下无煤柱成巷技术,综合运用NPR恒阻锚索补强、顶板定向预裂切缝、留巷挡矸支护及矿压监测预警技术,实现了井下煤炭回采率的提升.根据实际应用表明,该技术能够降低44%的巷道掘进量,年多回收煤炭18万t,创造经济效益5400万元.In order to solve the problems of low coal recovery rate and poor economy that existed in the underground support program of Sihe coal mine using reserved coal pillars,an underground coal pillar-less lane-forming technology based on the"110 work method"is proposed,which integrates the use of the NPR constant-resistance anchor cable reinforcement,the roof plate directional pre-cracking and cutting slits,the stay-road gangue blocking support and the monitoring and warning technology of the mine pressure,and realizes the improvement of the coal recovery rate in the underground.It realizes the improvement of underground coal recovery rate.According to the practical application,this technology can reduce 44%of the roadway excavation,recover 180,000 tons of coal per year,and create an economic benefit of 54 million yuan.
