摘 要:为很好地实现压风机的智能控制,提升系统控制效果,通过将智能控制和PID控制结合,设计模糊PID控制器、模糊神经网络PID控制器和鸡群PID控制器,未加干扰时,三种控制均能实现对风压机的控制,且鸡群PID控制器响应速度最快;当存在干扰时,鸡群PID控制下的稳定性最佳,模糊PID控制最弱;最后对比分析改进前后的能耗,采用模糊神经网络PID控制的压风机比功率明显低于采用PID控制,改进后能耗低.In order to well realise the intelligent control of the pressure fan and improve the system control effect,we design the fuzzy PID controller,the fuzzy neural network PID controller and the flock PID control by combining the intelligent control and the PID control,when there is no interference,the three kinds of control can realise the control of the anemometer and the CSO-PID controller has the fastest response speed;when there exists the interference,the stability under CSO-PID control is the best and the stability under Fuzzy-PID control is the best and the stability under Fuzzy-PID control is the fastest.control has the best stability and Fuzzy-PID control is the weakest;finally,comparing and analysing the energy consumption before and after the improvement,the specific power of the pressurised fan with fuzzy neural network PID control is significantly lower than that with PID control,and the energy consumption after the improvement is low.
