摘  要:通过对比某厂#4炉2020年2月及2020年5月2次停炉后折焰角积灰、屏过挂焦情况,简要分析#4炉折焰角积灰、屏过挂焦的原因,并总结期间运行操作调整产生的效果,为下一步运行调整、锅炉技改提供依据,保证机组长周期安全经济运行。By comparing the situation of ash accumulation at the folding flame angle and screen over hanging coke after two shutdowns in February and May 2020 of a certain factory's#4 furnace.It briefly analyzes the reasons for ash accumulation at the folding flame angle and screen over hanging coke of#4 furnace,and summarizes the effects of operation adjustments during the period.This provides a basis for the next step of operation adjustment and boiler technical transformation,ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit for a long period of time.
