摘　　要：为解决作业工具管理与使用效率不高的问题,提高配网不停电作业精益化工作水平,以某市10 k V配电线路检修改造项目为例,介绍了配网不停电作业的适用范围与技术难点,结合工程实际情况,分析了传统电缆挂板装置存在的弊端,进而对旁路作业绝缘挂板进行优化改造,提出具体的设计目标与装置构造方案。此外,为保证其使用效果,还开展了工具管理及试验工作,有效提高了配网不停电作业实施成效。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in managing and using homework tools,and improve the level of lean work in non power outage operations in the distribution network,taking the maintenance and renovation project of a 10 kV distribution line in a certain city as an example,this paper introduces the scope of application and technical difficulties of non power outage operations in the distribution network.Combining with the actual engineering situation,the shortcomings of traditional cable hanging plate devices are analyzed,and the insulation hanging plate for bypass operations is optimized and transformed.Specific design goals and device construction schemes are proposed.In addition,to ensure its effectiveness,tool management and testing work are also carried out,effectively improving the implementation effect of non power outage operations in the distribution network.
