摘  要:在矿井开拓中,支护作业在掘进过程中起至关重要的作用。针对传统工艺使用金属网和工艺锚杆进行布置无法贴合岩壁,造成锚杆力低、对周围岩石无法发挥牢固作用的问题,提出采用锚喷全岩开拓巷道的方法,具体阐述多锚喷支护工艺技术,并在某矿井中进行实际应用。结果表明,采用新的支护工艺,支护质量明显提升,巷道围岩变形程度降低了58%,有效防止喷浆层受压力形变或年久开裂的情况,降低支护成本。In mine development,support operation plays a crucial role in the process of excavation.For the traditional technology using metal mesh and technology bolt layout can not fit the rock wall,resulting in low bolt force,can not play a firm role in the surrounding rock.This paper puts forward the method of using shotcrete to develop roadway,specifically describes the technology of multi-shotcrete support,and carries out practical application in a mine.The results show that:Using the new support technology,the support quality is significantly improved,the deformation degree of roadway surrounding rock is reduced by 58%,effectively prevents the shotcrete layer from being subjected to pressure deformation or cracking over a long period of time,and reduces the support cost.
