摘  要:因单芯电缆外径较小、质量较轻,电缆制造长度可以不受电缆盘与重力限制,其在石化企业的使用率越来越高。在单芯长度增加的同时,石化企业因护套层绝缘受损引发屏蔽层环流过大而造成的电缆事故时有发生,尤其对于连续生产的石化企业而言,电缆故障给企业带来了巨大的财产损失。因此,单芯电缆投运后对其屏蔽层运行状况进行全周期监测极为重要,通过分析某石化企业单芯电缆事故案例,从中找到发生事故的根本原因,进而探究35kV单芯电缆带电后屏蔽层数据在线全周期监测管理方法。Because the outer diameter of the single-core cable is small,the weight is light,so the length of the cable manufacturing can not be restricted by the cable tray and heavy,the use of the petrochemical industry is getting higher and higher,while the length of the single core increases,the petrochemical industry due to the damage of the sheath layer insulation caused by the shield layer circulation is too large cable accidents occur.Especially for petrochemical enterprises with continuous production,cable failure has brought huge property losses to enterprises.Therefore,it is extremely important to conduct full-cycle monitoring on the operation status of the shielding layer of single-core cables after they are put into operation.This paper analyzes the case of a single-core cable accident in a petrochemical enterprise to find the root cause of the accident.Then explore the 35 kV single-core cable after live shield layer data online full cycle monitoring management method.
