摘 要:本研究旨在实现对电镀生产线设备检维修作业的危险源辨识,并据此生成隐患排查标准,以有效提升检维修作业安全管理水平。首先,使用FMEA和ESA方法分别对所需的维修工具/设备和维修环境进行危险源辨识,并建立相应的安全风险信息知识库。随后,在对指定设备进行检维修工作时,根据需要从对应的知识库中提取检维修作业环境和检维修工具/设备的危险源辨识结果。最后,运用JHA方法对检维修人员的作业活动进行危险源辨识。通过将研究结果汇总并形成隐患排查标准,实现对检维修作业隐患的系统化管理和控制。This study aims to identify hazards in the maintenance and repair operations of electroplating production line equipment,and generate hazard investigation standards based on this,in order to effectively improve the safety management level of maintenance and repair operations.Firstly,FMEA and ESA methods are used to identify hazards in the required maintenance tools/equipment and maintenance environment,and corresponding safety risk information knowledge bases are established.Subsequently,when carrying out inspection and maintenance work on designated equipment,the identification results of hazard sources for the inspection and maintenance work environment and inspection and maintenance tools/equipment are extracted from the corresponding knowledge base as needed.Finally,the JHA method is used to identify hazards in the work activities of maintenance personnel.By summarizing the research results and forming hidden danger investigation standards,systematic management and control of hidden dangers in maintenance and repair operations can be achieved.
