摘 要:本研究提出了一种城市水厂运行健康评估框架,确定了包括出厂水质量、运行可靠性、抗风险能力、智能化水平、规范化管理五个维度,共50个指标的评估体系。采用加权综合评价法量化水厂运行健康评估综合评分,确定水厂健康等级。将此方法应用于SH市某水厂运行评估,评估结果表明该水厂综合评分98.49分,等级为健康。水厂运行健康评估的提出为水厂的运行状况建立了量化衡量标准,以期指导水厂的规范化运行与有效性监管。This study proposes an assessment framework for the operation health of urban water treatment plants,and an assessment system with a total of 50 indicators was determined,including five dimensions:water quality,operational reliability,anti-risk ability,intelligent level,and standardized management.The weighted comprehensive assessment method was used to quantify the comprehensive score of operation health assessment and determine the health level of water treatment plant.This method was applied to the operation assessment of a water plant in SH City,and the results showed that the comprehensive score of the water plant was 98.49,and the grade was healthy.The proposal of the operation health assessment of the water treatment plant establishes a quantitative standard for the operation status of the water treatment plant,in order to guide the standardized operation and effectiveness supervision.
