花岗岩机制砂混凝土性能的研究

摘　　要：探讨了花岗岩机制砂混凝土配比中的应用效果。通过调整不同参量的花岗岩机制砂替代率进行替代天然砂,分析了其对混凝土工作性能的影响,结果表明在合适的配比下,花岗岩机制砂能够显著提高混凝土的流动性、同时能减少减水剂的添加,但当花岗岩机制砂参量过大时,混凝土坍落度呈现下降趋势。并通过SEM扫描电镜从微观角度解释混凝土力学性能变化的原因结果。This paper discusses the application effect of granite machine-made sand in concrete proportion.The workability of natural sand to concrete is analyzed by adjusting the replacement ratio of granite manufactured sand with different parameters,granitic sand can improve the fluidity of concrete and reduce the addition of water reducer,but when the parameters of granitic sand are too large,the slump of concrete will decrease.The reason of the change of mechanical properties of concrete is explained by SEM.
