摘 要:传统的公路破损维修方法通常需要完全挖除旧的沥青路面和基层,然后重新铺设基层和面层。这种方法不仅施工流程复杂、成本高昂、施工周期长,而且长时间的交通中断和环境污染问题严重,给车辆和行人正常通行都造成极大不便。而就地冷再生技术是一种能够一次性完成多步施工的先进工艺,且无需全面封闭道路,已成为一种新型且高效的施工技术,在国内外得到了广泛的应用。本文以刚果(金)金马路冷再生旧路升级改造工程为例,对就地冷再生技术的具体应用流程和施工工艺进行了深入分析。同时,与传统技术的经济性对比分析结果显示,就地冷再生技术不仅经济效益显著,而且实用性极强,值得推广。Traditional road damage repair methods usually require the complete excavation of the old asphalt pavement and base layer,and then re laying the base and surface layer.This method not only has a complex construction process,high cost,and long construction period,but also causes long-term traffic interruption and serious environmental pollution problems,which greatly inconvenience the normal passage of vehicles and pedestrians.On site cold regeneration technology is an advanced technology that can complete multiple construction steps in one go without the need for comprehensive road closure.It has become a new and efficient construction technology and has been widely used both domestically and internationally.This article takes the example of the upgrade and renovation project of the cold regeneration old road in the Democratic Republic of Congo,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the specific application process and construction technology of on-site cold regeneration technology.Meanwhile,the economic comparison analysis with traditional technologies shows that on-site cold regeneration technology not only has significant economic benefits,but also has strong practicality and is worth promoting.
