摘 要:为了研究储罐各部分保温效果及罐顶保温方式,利用热力学理论对原油储罐各部位散热负荷进行了计算,经过分析可知,原油储罐罐壁散热负荷最大,占储罐总散热负荷的92%~95%;其次为罐顶散热,占储罐总散热负荷的4%~8%;罐底散热负荷最小,占比不足1%。基于散热情况进行了保温处理。对原油储罐罐壁和罐顶的保温效果进行计算分析,并对罐顶采用保温材料+防护层和液体保温涂料两种保温方式的经济效益进行对比。经过分析,除罐壁保温外,罐顶保温也具有较好的节能效果,罐顶采用保温材料+外护层的保温方式比保温涂料具有更高的节能和经济效益。In order to study the insulation effect of various parts of the storage tank and the insulation method of the tank top,the heat dissipation loads of various parts of crude oil storage tanks were calculated by using thermodynamic theory,The analysis shows that the wall heat dissipation load of the crude oil tank is the largest,accounting for 92%~95%of the total heat dissipation load of the tank,the second is the top heat dissipation,accounting for 4%~8%,the minimum heat dissipation load of tank bottom is less than 1%.The thermal insulation effect of the wall and roof of crude oil storage tank was calculated and analyzed and the economic benefits of two heat preservation methods,heat preservation material+protective layer and liquid heat preservation paint,were compared on the roof of crude oil storage tank.Through analysis,In addition to the wall insulation,the roof insulation also has a better energy-saving effect;the heat preservation method of using heat preservation material+protective layer on the top of tank has higher energy saving and economic benefit than liquid heat preservation paint.
