摘　　要：中国是食管癌高发国家,约占世界发病人数的一半以上。食管癌治疗效果和预后较差,放疗是主要治疗方法之一,近年来在放疗技术层面以及放疗参与的综合治疗方面均取得了显著进展。本文对食管癌的放疗进展进行综述,以期为食管癌患者选择合理的治疗方式提供参考。China is a country with high incidence of esophageal carcinoma.The new cases in China account for more than half of those in the world,with poor treatment effects and prognosis.Radiotherapy is a main treatment method for esophageal cancer,and in recent years,significant progress has been made in the technical level of radiotherapy and the comprehensive treatment involving radiotherapy.This article reviews the progress of radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma,hoping to pro⁃vide evidence for esophageal cancer patients in choosing reasonable treatment methods.
