摘 要:为了进一步提高铸态镍铝青铜抗空蚀性能,采用水下搅拌摩擦加工技术对其进行表面改性。观察并测试了加工前后材料的微观组织和力学性能,对比讨论了铸态和水下搅拌摩擦加工后镍铝青铜在蒸馏水和人工海水中的空蚀行为,分析了微观组织与空蚀机理的关系。研究结果表明,水下搅拌摩擦加工后,镍铝青铜组织细化,各相分布均匀,加工区中心平均显微硬度约为400 HV,是铸态样品的2倍。在2种介质空蚀试验中,水下搅拌摩擦加工镍铝青铜累计空蚀质量损失均较低,空蚀18 h后SFSP态NAB在蒸馏水和人工海水中的质量损失分别是2.55 mg和4.85 mg,约为铸态NAB质量损失的50%和44%,具有更好的抗空蚀性能。晶粒细化和小尺寸晶粒κ相弥散强化是提高铸态镍铝青铜的抗空蚀性能的主要原因。In this paper,the surface of as-cast nickel aluminum bronze(NAB)was modified by submerged friction stir processing(SFSP)technology in order to further improve the cavitation resistance of it.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast and SFSP NAB alloys were observed and estimated.The cavitation erosion behaviors of two NAB alloys in distilled water and artificial seawater were compared and discussed,and the relationship between microstructure and cavitation mechanism was analyzed.The results show that after SFSP,the microstructure of the NAB is refined and all phases are uniformly distributed.The average microhardness in the center of the processing area is about 400 HV,which is twice that of the as-cast sample.In both test solutions,compared with as-cast NAB,the cumulative cavitation erosion mass loss of SFSP NAB was lower.After 18 hours of cavitation erosion,the mass loss of SFSP NAB in distilled water and artificial seawater is 2.55 mg and 4.85 mg respectively,which is about 50%and 44%of the mass loss of as-cast NAB.It has better cavitation erosion resistance.Grain refinement and small grain sizeκPhase dispersion strengthening is the main reason to improve the cavitation resistance of as-cast NAB.
