摘 要:目的探讨健康青年大学生下肢表面肌电(sEMG)信号与最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))的相关性,并尝试建立模型以预测VO_(2max)。方法招募健康青年大学生19名,首先进行30 s坐站测试,并记录测试过程中双下肢股直肌、股内侧肌、股外侧肌和腓肠肌外侧头的sEMG信号,计算均方根值(RMS)、平均功率频率(MPF)和中位频率(MF)。48h后进行心肺运动试验,获得VO_(2max)。分析sEMG信号与VO_(2max)之间的相关性,利用逐步回归法建立VO_(2max)的预测模型。结果相关性分析显示,右侧股直肌RMS(r=0.699,P=0.005)、左侧腓肠肌外侧头MF(r=-0.751,P=0.002)等下肢相关肌肉的sEMG信号与VO_(2max)呈中等程度相关。利用逐步回归分析法建立预测模型,回归模型方差分析检验F=9.925,P<0.001,回归方程具有统计学意义。模型相关系数R=0.912,调整后的R^(2)=0.748,拟合度良好。结论基于30s坐-站测试的右侧股直肌RMS和左侧腓肠肌外侧头MF,对健康青年大学生的VO2max具有一定的预测价值.Objective To explore the relationship between surface electromyography(sEMG)signals from a lower extremity and maximum oxygen uptake(VO_(2max))seeking to establish a model for predicting VO_(2max).Methods Ninety healthy young college students were recruited to perform a 30-second chair stand test.sEMG sig-nals from the rectus femoris,medialis femoris,lateralis femoris and gastrocnemius were recorded during the test.For-ty-eight hours later the students performed a cardiopulmonary exercise test to obtain their VO2max.Stepwise regressions were evaluated seeking any relationship between aspects of the sEMG signals and VO2max.Results The root mean square of the signal from the right rectus femoris(r=0.70)and the mean frequency of the signals from the left gas-trocnemius(r=-0.75)were found to be moderately correlated with VO_(2max).A prediction model using those two indi-cators can predict VO_(2max)significantly(R=0.91,adjusted R^(2)=0.75,F=9.93,P≤0.001).Conclusions sEMG signals from the right rectus femoris and the left gastrocnemius after a 30-second chair stand test can predict VO_(2max),at least in young adults.
