摘　　要：近年来,肉毒毒素被用于应对许多皮肤疾病和问题。本文回顾和分析肉毒毒素在皮肤科的超适应证临床应用,主要包括面部潮红、雷诺现象、带状疱疹后神经痛、银屑病等,为这些皮肤问题的治疗提供新的手段和思路.In recent years,botulinum toxin has been used in many skin diseases and related conditions.This review summarizes and analyzes the off-label clinical application of botulinum toxin in dermatology,including facial flushing,Raynaud phenomenon,postherpetic neuralgia,psoriasis,etc.,in order to provide new means and ideas for the management of these skin conditions.
