摘 要:采用浸渍涂层法在聚吡咯三维间隔导电织物上涂层水性聚氨酯(WPU),探究水性聚氨酯涂层对三维间隔导电织物性能的影响。测试结果表明,水性聚氨酯涂层改善了聚吡咯在间隔织物上附着性差的问题,涂层后三维间隔导电织物的力学性能更加优异,涂层前后导电织物在小应变下电学性能稳定性良好。水性聚氨酯的加入对三维间隔织物的透气透湿性的影响不显著,透湿性较导电织物有所改善,水性聚氨酯涂层大大提高了导电织物在水及碱性溶液中的稳定性。Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was coated on the polypyrrole 3D spacer conductive fabric by immersion method to explore the effects of waterborne polyurethane coating on the properties of 3D spacer conduc-tive fabric.The test results show that the waterborne polyurethane coating improves the poor adhesion of polypyr-role in spacer fabric,the fabric has better mechanical properties after coating and good electrical property stability under small strain before and after coating.The addition of waterborne polyurethane has no significant effect on the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric,and the moisture permeability is better than that of the conductive fabric.The coating greatly improves the stability of the conductive fabric in water and alkaline solution.
