摘 要:针对氧化硅纳米纤维成毡困难、强力差、遇水后隔热性下降等问题,以芳纶网布为增强骨架,采用非织造湿法成毡工艺制备高强度的氧化硅纳米纤维/芳纶网布隔热复合毡,成毡后用不同浓度的有机硅溶液进行疏水处理以保持性能的稳定性。通过分析复合毡的形貌和结构,对疏水前后复合毡的耐火性能、疏水性能和隔热性能进行了分析。实验结果表明,采用0.5 w.t%有机硅溶液处理的复合毡导热系数为0.07 W/(m·K),隔热性能和疏水性能优异,在热防护装备中具有良好的应用前景。In order to solve the problems such as the felting difficulty,poor strength,and thermal insulation decrease while wetting of silicon oxide nanofibers,high strength silicon oxide nanofibers/aramid mesh thermal in-sulation composite felt was prepared via the non-woven wet felt process with aramid mesh fabric as the reinforced framework.After felting,silicone solutions with different concentrations were used to carry out hydrophobic treat-ment to maintain the properties stability.By analyzing the morphology and structure of the composite felt,the fire resistance,hydrophobic property and thermal insulation property of the composite felt before and after hydrophobic treatment were investigated.The experimental results show that the composite felt treated with 0.5 w.t%silicone solution displays excellent thermal insulation and hydrophobic properties,the thermal conductivity at room temperature is as low as 0.07 W/(m·K),which has good application prospect in thermal protective equip-ment.
