摘 要:中红外(MIR)光谱(包括一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、四阶导数MIR光谱及去卷积MIR光谱)开展了聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构研究。一维MIR光谱乘谱及去卷积MIR光谱乘谱开展了聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构半定量研究。变温去卷积MIR光谱进一步开展了聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构热变性研究。实验发现,聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构的红外吸收模式主要包括:ν_(-1-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)、ν_(-2-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)、ν_(-3-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)、ν_(-4-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)、ν_(-5-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)、ν_(-6-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)和ν_(-7-去卷积-聚四氟乙烯非晶相)。聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构大约为5%~10%。随着测定温度的升高,聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构主要官能团对应的吸收频率及强度都有一定的改变。为研究重要的纺织材料聚四氟乙烯非晶相结构及热变性建立一个方法学,具有重要的应用研究价值。Mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy)was used to study the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene.A semi quantitative study of the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene was carried out by using one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy multiplication spectrum and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy multiplication spectrum.The temperature-dependent deconvolution MIR spectroscopy further investigated the thermal denaturation of the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene.The experiment finds that the infrared absorption modes of the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene mainly include:ν_(-1-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase),ν_(-2-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase),ν_(-3-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase),ν_(-4-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase),ν_(-5-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase),ν_(-6-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase) and ν_(-7-deconvolution-polytetrafluoroethylene amorphous phase).The amorphous structure of polytetrafluoroethylene is approximately 5%-10%.As the measurement temperature increases,the absorption frequency and intensity of the main functional groups in the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene change to a certain extent.This paper establishes a methodology for studying the amorphous structure and thermal denaturation of important textile material polytetrafluoroethylene,which has important application research value.
