摘 要:综述了近些年Sb_(2)O_(3)纳米材料的制备方法、工艺及其应用的研究进展,并对其未来发展前景进行了展望。目前,Sb_(2)O_(3)纳米材料的制备方法可分为固相法、气相法和液相法三大类,以机械球磨法、低压蒸汽法、等离子法、醇解法、化学还原法和静电纺丝法为典型代表,上述方法兼具高效且稳定等优点,但也存在能耗大、制备过程复杂及力学性能较差等局限性。Sb_(2)O_(3)纳米化后可显著提升其耐磨性、折射率、质子电导率等,可被拓展应用于阻燃剂、传感器及半导体等领域。针对目前Sb_(2)O_(3)纳米材料性能难以显著提升且无法单独使用等问题,其未来发展方向将在现有技术基础上加以研究创新,有望在Sb_(2)O_(3)纳米纤维上获得优异的力学性能,并实现性能显著提升的同时提高其实际应用性。The preparation methods,processes and research progress of application of Sb_(2)O_(3) nanomaterials in recent years are reviewed and the future development is prospected in this paper.At present,the preparation methods of Sb_(2)O_(3) nanomaterials can be divided into three categories such as solid phase method,gas phase method and liquid phase method.And mechanical ball grinding method,low pressure steam method,plasma method,alcohol method,chemical reduction method and electrospinning method are taken as the typical representatives.The above-mentioned methods have the advantages of efficiency and stability,but also have certain limitations including large energy consumption,complex preparation process and poor mechanical properties.Nanometerization of Sb_(2)O_(3) can significantly improve its wear resistance,refractive index and proton conductivity,which can be applied in the fields of flame retardant,sensors and semiconductors.In view of the current problems that the performance of Sb_(2)O_(3) nanomaterials is difficult to improve significantly and cannot be used alone,its future development direction will be innovated on the basis of existing technologies,which is expected to obtain excellent mechanical properties on Sb_(2)O_(3) nanofibers,achieve significant improvement in performance and boost its practical application.
