摘  要:目的对某三甲综合医院近10年(2014—2023年)申请和获得国家自然科学基金资助的项目进行回顾性分析,探讨医院通过实施人才培养与学科建设一系列创新管理实践,在基金申请与资助方面的变化及发挥的作用。方法将近10年医院申请和获得国家自然科学基金委资助的项目按照年度、项目类别和人员等进行分类统计,重点分析医院国自然面上与青年基金申请与立项情况、项目负责人特征、学科领域分布变化等。结果基金申请项目数呈现出明显增长趋势,其中青年科学基金增长更为明显,有统计学意义。面上项目出现一定波动后保持稳步增长趋势。青年基金的最佳获批时间在35岁前,入职5年内特别是3年内为获资助青年基金最佳时间段,学科覆盖面逐步增大。结论医院通过实施学科与人才发展战略,加强学科布局,开展人员精准分析与定向精细化管理,推动研究所PI制改革探索等举措,共同促进了国自然基金申报质量提升。Objective A retrospective analysis was conducted on the projects applied for and funded by the National Natural Science Foundation in a three-class general hospital over the past 10 years(2014-2023).The study aimed to discuss the changes of fund application and funding and roles played by a series of innovative management practices such as talent cultivation and discipline construction in hospitals.Methods The projects that the hospital applied for and obtained funding from NSFC over the past 10 years were classified and statistically analyzed according to the year,project category,personnel,etc.,focusing on the application and approval status of the General Programs and Young Scientist Funds,the characteristics of the principal investigators,and changes in the distribution of disciplines.Results The number of fund applications showed a significant growth trend,with a more statistically significant growth in the Young Scientists Fund.After certain fluctuations in the general project,it maintained a steady growth trend for the General Programs.The best time to receive a Young Scientists Fund was before the age of 35,particularly within the first five years of employment,with the first three years being the optimal period for obtaining funding.The coverage of disciplines gradually expanded.Conclusions The improvement of the application quality of NSFC has been promoted by implementing strategies for discipline and talent development,strengthening the layout of disciplines,conducting precise analysis and targeted fine management of personnel,and exploring the reform of the PI system in research institutes.
