摘 要:针对深海集矿车在软底质土上行驶困难的问题,配制模拟底质土进行直剪试验,通过离散元土体模拟压陷与剪切试验,验证离散元模拟底质土的可靠性。在此基础上构建履带-土体相互作用系统,在重心偏移下,分析集矿车履带接地长宽比和支重轮数对接地压力和土体沉降的影响。结果表明,随履带接地长宽比增大,偏心效应越显著,履带初始接地压力分布不均匀,履带整体沉降增大,但对履带梯形不均匀沉降形式无明显影响。支重轮数n≤3时,增加支重轮数可适当减小偏心效应,履带初始接地压力不均匀分布明显,履带整体沉降降低;n>3时,支重轮数变化对偏心效应影响较小,履带初始接地压力分布逐渐均匀,但对履带整体沉降无明显影响。不同履带接地长宽比与支重轮数的土体压陷关系近似符合Bekker压陷公式。In order to solve the problem that the deep-sea mining vehicle was difficult to drive on soft soil,the simulated bottom soil was prepared for direct shear test,and the discrete element soil simulation compression and shear test was established.The reliability of discrete element simulation of bottom soil was verified.The crawler-soil interaction system was constructed to analyze the influence of the length-width ratio of the crawler grounding and the number of supporting wheels on the grounding pressure and soil settlement under the center of gravity offset of the mining vehicle.The results showed that with the increase of the length-width ratio of the track grounding under the center of gravity offset,the eccentricity effect was more significant,the initial grounding pressure distribution of the track was uneven,and the overall settlement of the track increased,but it had no obvious effect on the trapezoidal uneven settlement form of the track.When the number of supporting wheels n≤3,increasing the number of supporting wheels could appropriately reduce the eccentricity effect,and the uneven distribution of the initial grounding pressure of the track was obvious,which reduced the overall settlement of the track.When n>3,the change of the number of supporting wheels had little effect on the eccentricity effect,and the initial grounding pressure distribution of the track was gradually uniform,but it had no obvious effect on the overall settlement of the track.The relationship between the length-width ratio of different track grounding and the number of supporting wheels approximately conformed to the Bekker formula.
