摘　　要：科技创新是农业发展的动力源泉,建设农业强国、提升国际竞争力离不开科技创新的有力驱动。果业是辽宁省农村振兴的支柱性产业之一,其高质量发展同样离不开科技创新的趋动。进入新时代,农村的生产模式也发生了变化,经营方式逐渐由个体转变为以合作社为主的集体经营,极有利于与大专院校、科研院所实现科企合作,发展新品种,推广新技术,实现大发展。辽宁省果树科学研究所紧跟新形势,选派科技特派团,深入农村生产一线进行科技帮扶,为辽宁省乃至省外各地的果业发展做出了新的贡献。Technological innovation is the power source of agricultural development.Building up China’s strength in agriculture and enhancing the international competitiveness can not be separated from the powerful drive of technological innovation.The fruit industry is one of the pillar industries for rural revitalization in Liaoning Province,and its high-quality development is also inseparable from the tendency of technological innovation.Entering into the new era,the rural production patterns has also changed.The management modes gradually change from individual to collective dominated by cooperatives which is conducive to the realization of science and enterprise cooperation with universities,colleges and research institutes,the development of new varieties,and the promotion of new technologies to achieve great development.Liaoning Institute of Pomology keeps up with the new situation,selects and dispatches scientific and technological missions,penetrates into the front line of rural production,carries out scientific and technological assistance which makes new contribution to the development of the fruit industry in Liaoning Province and even in other places outside the province.
