摘  要:随着电力企业数字化全面发展和新技术的广泛应用,新兴技术在提高生产、管理和运营效率的同时,也带来了前所未有的网络安全风险和威胁。电力系统作为国家经济增长和繁荣的关键基础设施,其安全稳定运行至关重要。为了应对新形势、新环境下的网络安全挑战,有效化解网络安全风险,本文提出了一种基于电力企业的智慧网络安全体系架构。该架构综合应用管理、技术以及运营等手段,构建一个综合性的防护体系,实现主动性的防御能力,切实保障电力系统及其生产经营的安全稳定。该智慧网络安全体系架构的实施,能够实现电力企业精细化、标准化的安全保障目标,推动各项网络安全举措落地,提升对网络安全事件的快速响应和处理能力,形成安全防护和运营的闭环管理,有效降低网络安全风险。With the comprehensive development of digitalization in power enterprises and the widespread application of new technologies,emerging technologies have brought unprecedented network security risks and threats while improving production,management,and operational efficiency.Power system,as a key infrastructure for national economic growth and prosperity,its safe and stable operation is crucial.In order to address the network security challenges in the new situation and environment,and effectively resolve network security risks,this article proposes a smart network security system architecture based on power enterprises.This architecture integrates application management,technology,and operation methods to build a comprehensive protection system and achieve proactive defense capabilities,effectively ensuring the safety and stability of the power system and its production and operation.The implementation of this smart network security system architecture can achieve the goal of refined and standardized security protection for power enterprises,promote the implementation of various network security measures,improve the abilition of rapid response and handling of network security events,form a closed-loop management of security protection and operation,and effectively reduce network security risks.
