再生粗骨料取代率对混凝土力学性能的影响分析

摘　　要：为了分析混凝土力学性能与再生骨料取代率之间的关联性,文中对0、30%、50%、70%、100%五种不同再生骨料取代率混凝土进行研究,并对各组混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、峰值应变、坍落度等性能进行比较。结果表明,混凝土坍落度、弹性模量、劈裂抗拉强度随再生骨料取代率提升而不断降低;混凝土抗压强度受再生粗骨料取代率变化而表现出波动,并未表现出明显的上升或下降趋势;不同粗骨料取代率条件下制备的混凝土试件之间并没有十分明显的泊松比差异;混凝土抗折强度会随再生骨料取代率发生变化,且并非增长或降低,但折压比会随再生骨料取代率增加而不断提升。In order to analyze the correlation between the mechanical properties of concrete and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,five kinds of concrete with different replacement rates of recycled aggregate(0,30%,50%,70%and 100%)were studied in this paper,and the compressive strength,folding strength,peak strain and slump of each group of concrete were compared.The results show that the slump,elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength of concrete decrease with the increase of regenerated aggregate substitution rate.The compressive strength of concrete fluctuates with the change of regenerated coarse aggregate substitution rate,but does not show an obvious upward or downward trend.There is no obvious difference of Poisson's ratio between the concrete specimens prepared under different coarse aggregate substitution rates.The flexural strength of concrete will change with the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,but it does not increase or decrease,but the flexural compression ratio willincrease with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate.
