面向统筹实施的村庄规划编制管理探索实践--以厦门市为例

摘　　要：随着国土空间规划改革的推进,乡村地区的村庄规划成为下一阶段的重点工作。文中以厦门市为例,通过梳理村庄规划的发展历程,剖析以往村庄规划存在的主要问题,提出了新时期进行全域统筹、面向实施的村庄规划编制管理可行做法,包括加强村庄编制体系衔接、编制内容指引和动态实施管理等,并提出村庄规划编制管理优化建议。With the advancement of land spatial planning reform,village planning in rural areas has become a key focus of the next stage of work.This article reviews the development process of village planning,analyzes the main problems of previous village planning,and takes Xiamen as an example to propose feasible practices for comprehensive planning and implementation oriented village planning management in the new era,Including strengthening the connection of planning system,guiding the content of planning,and implementing management,and proposed deepening suggestions for optimizing the management of village planning.
