银巴铁路桑园沟大桥连续梁钢支架体系内力分析研究

摘  要:为研究连续梁段0号块现浇支架结构的力学特性,文中以桑园沟大桥(40+64+40)m连续梁项目为背景,通过Midas Civil有限元建模,验算了横向分配梁、主纵梁、排架、钢管立柱强度,并对连接键及钢管立柱的稳定性进行了数据分析。研究表明,横向分配梁及主纵梁最大组合应力为71.4 MPa,最大切应力为24.5 MPa,最大弯曲变形为2.04 mm;排架最大组合应力为59.4MPa,最大切应力为47.1 MPa;连接系最大组合应力为41.8 MPa;现浇连续梁钢管支架强度、刚度及稳定性均在设计允许范围之内,能够满足施工要求,采用相关计算参数能够指导施工。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the cast-in-place bracket structure of continuous girder section No O,the strength of transverse distribution beam,main longitudinal beam,row frame and steel pipe column were firstly tested through Midas Civil finite element modeling,and secondly,the stability of connection key and steel pipe column were analyzed.The research shows that the maximum combined stress of transverse distribution beam and main longitudinal beam is 71.4 MPa,the maximum shear stress is 24.5 MPa,and the maximum bending deformation is 2.04 mm;the maximum combined stress of row frame is 59.4 MPa,the maximum shear stress is 47.1 MPa;the maximum combined stress of connection system is 41.8 MPa;the strength,stiffness and stability of steel pipe support of cast-in-place continuous beam are within the allowable range of design and can meet the construction requirements.The strength,stifness and stability of the cast-in-place continuous beam steel pipe brace are within the allowable range of design and can meet the construction requirements,and the relevant calculation parameters can guide the construction.
