卡车扫描站在湖山铀矿应用效果研究

摘　　要：湖山铀矿主要赋存在罗辛组和可汗组之间的接触带以及上部的罗辛组,少量赋存在楚斯组。矿体复杂,空间上品位变化较大,在开采过程中缺乏对矿石品位的有效监控,导致采矿的贫化率和损失率居高不下,严重影响资源利用率和企业的经济效益。为了解决矿石贫化和损失问题,湖山铀矿开发了门架式矿石品位在线检测系统——卡车扫描站,实现了运矿卡车的不停车测量,提高了测量效率并降低了运行成本。2022年湖山铀矿贫化损失分析结果显示,应用扫描站后,湖山铀矿总贫化率下降约9.6个百分点,总损失率下降约4.6个百分点,带来经济效益约8874万美元。同时,卡车扫描站作为独立测量系统,有力地保障了湖山铀矿供矿系统的稳定性。Husab uranium deposit mainly occurs in the contact zone between the Rossing Formation and the Khan Formation,the Upper Rossing Formation and a small amount in the Chuos Formation.The ore body is complex,with large spatial grade variations,and hard to effectively monitor the ore grade during the mining process which result in high dilution and loss rates in mining and seriously affects the utilization of resources and the economic benefits of the enterprise.In order to solve the problems of ore depletion and loss,a gantry-type ore grade online inspection system——Truck Scanner was developed in Husab uranium deposit,which realizes non-stop measurement of the ore trucks,improves the measurement efficiency and reduces the operation cost.The results of the dilution and loss analysis of the Husab uranium deposit in 2022 showed that after applying the scanner,the total dilution rate of the mine decreased by about 9.6 percent,and the total loss rate decreased by about 4.6 percent,bringing an economic benefits of approximately$88.74 million.Meanwhile,the truck scanner,as an independent measurement system,strongly guarantees the stability of the supply system of the Husab uranium deposit.
