摘　　要：太岳区是华北地区战略要地之一,同时也是重要的林区。民国前期,阎锡山政府施行“六政三事”,该区林业建设取得了一定的成效。20世纪三四十年代,受战争影响,太岳区森林资源遭到严重的破坏。为了发展生产和保护生态环境,中国共产党领导的民主政权开展了以植树造林运动为主要内容的林业建设。通过采取出台政策、广泛宣传与典型示范等革命化举措,太岳区林业建设在增加森林面积与保持水土流失等方面产生了一些效果。但是,从长远来看,该区生态环境并未得到根本性改观,经济建设与环境保护之间的关系尚待进一步调整。Taiyue District is one of the strategic areas in North China,which is also an important forest area.In the early period of the Republic of China,the government of Yan Xishan carried out"six policies and three affairs"and the forestry construction in this area achieved certain results.In the 1930s and 1940s,affected by the war,the forest resources in Taiyue District were seriously destroyed.In order to develop production and protect the ecological environment,the democratic government under the leadership of the CPC had carried out forestry construction with the forest planting campaign as the main content.The forestry construction in Taiyue District had produced some effects in increasing forest area and keeping soil and water loss by adopting some revolutionary measures such as issuing policies,widely publicizing and typical demonstration.However,in the long run,the ecological environment in this area had not been fundamentally improved,and the relationship between economic construction and environmental protection needs to be further adjusted.
