四妙勇安汤含漱配合刮痧治疗瘀热互结型小儿慢性扁桃体炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究四妙勇安汤含漱配合刮痧治疗小儿慢性扁桃体炎的效果。方法:前瞻性随机选取2022年3月—2023年3月在江阴市中医院进行诊治的80例慢性扁桃体炎患儿纳入研究。将其用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以生理盐水含漱治疗;观察组予以四妙勇安汤含漱配合刮痧治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状体征积分、炎症水平、免疫水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组主要和次要症状体征积分、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均下降(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤含漱配合刮痧治疗用于小儿慢性扁桃体炎,可明显提升疗效、改善临床症状和体征,减轻炎症反应,提升免疫功能,且用药较为安全。Objective:To explore the effect of Simiao Yongan decoction gargle combined with scraping in the treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis.Methods:Eighty children with chronic tonsillitis who were diagnosed and treated in Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were prospectively selected and randomly included in the study.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group using random number table method.The control group was gargling with normal saline.The observation group was treated with Simiao Yongan decoction gargle and scraping.The efficacy,clinical symptoms,signs scores,inflammatory levels,immune levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of major and minor symptoms and signs,interleukin1β(IL-1β)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in both groups decreased,and these indicators were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simiao Yongan decoction gargle combined with scrapping in the treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve immune function,and the medication is relatively safe.
