《本草纲目》附方中以粥治病的应用探析

摘　　要：粥作为一种食疗手段具有悠久的历史,中医称该方法为“粥疗法”。古代中医书籍中不乏关于以粥治病的记载,李时珍继承前人的经验,在《本草纲目》中收载了大量的粥方及关于粥的应用内容,除列有粥的专篇外,其余篇章的附方中也有相当丰富的粥方记载。本文通过充分收集与整理《本草纲目》附方中粥方的相关条文,详细阐述粥方的治疗病证范畴、粥方中动物类和谷物类药物的应用、粥方的制作及服用方法等内容,发现粥方兼备滋补养生和治疗疾病的功效,且在调治各科多种病证时具有独特的优势和作用,值得进一步挖掘整理与推广应用。Congee has a long history as a means of food therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)calls this method“Congee therapy”.There are many records about the use of congee in the treatment of diseases in ancient Chinese medical books.Li Shizhen inherited the experience of the predecessors and included a large number of congee formulae and their indications in his book,the Compendium of Materia Medica.In addition to a special chapter on congee,rich congee formulae are listed in the attached formulae of other chapters in the book.In this paper,by fully collecting and collating the relevant information of congee formulae in the attached formulae in Compendium of Materia Medica,we have elaborated the scope of congee treatment,the application of animal and cereal medicinals in the congee treatment,the preparation methods and the intake methods,etc.We have also revealed that congee formulae have both nourishment and treatment effects.Therefore,it is worthwhile to further explore and promote the application of congee treatment.
