摘  要:由于缺乏针对干式电抗器早期放电故障的定位和研判技术手段,干式电抗器的故障检测和预防成为变电站设备运维难点。文中提出了一种基于SiC日盲雪崩管线阵和光子辐照图像变换的电抗器放电光学检测及定位方法。首先,文中建立了电抗器的TracePro光路仿真模型,探究了匝间不同位置发生放电时设备内部的光学传播特性及辐照度分布规律。基于上述规律提出了光学传感器线阵的最优排布方式,设计了针对电抗器结构的线形紫外日盲光电推扫阵列,仿真得到了放电光源在线阵各单元上的辐照度响应关系。在此基础上,提取了光学信号矩阵的特征,利用KNN和CNN算法进行数据训练,最终实现了电抗器匝间绝缘放电的三维定位。该研究为进一步研制干式电抗器推扫式SiC日盲紫外线阵提供了理论指导和实践依据。The fault detection and prevention of dry-type reactor become the difficulty of operation and maintenance of substation equipment due to the lack of localization and technical judgment means for the early discharge fault of the dry-type reactor.In this paper,a kind of optical detection and localization method of reactor discharge based on the SiC solar-blind avalanche photodiode line array and photon irradiation image transformation is proposed.Firstly,the TracePro optical path simulation model of the reactor is set up and the optical propagation characteristics and irradiance distribution inside the equipment,in case of discharge at different positions between turns,is explored.Based on the above law,the optimal arrangement of the optical sensor line array is proposed,a linear ultraviolet(UV)solar-blind photoelectric push-sweep array for the reactor structure is designed and the response relationship of the discharge light source on each unit of the line array is obtained by simulation.On this basis,the characteristic of optical signal matrix is extracted.The KNN and CNN algorithms are used for data training and ultimately the three-dimensional localization of the inter-turn insulation discharge of the reactor is achieved.This research not only provides theoretical guidance but also serves as a practical basis for the development of push-sweep SiC solar-blind UV array of dry-type reactor.
