摘 要:目的研究在我院妇科门诊就医的女性阴道炎患者其阴道微生态的特征分布。方法收集2023年1月至2023年6月在我院妇科就医的女性阴道炎患者3478例,对其阴道微生态检测进行评价分析。结果混合性阴道炎患者占比(28.4%)高于单纯性阴道炎(27.77%),单纯性阴道炎中以VVC(12.22%)感染率最高;混合性阴道炎以AV+BV(15.53%)感染率最高。结论女性阴道炎患者其阴道微生态的特征分布可为临床诊疗提供重要数据支持。Objective To study the distribution of vaginal microbiota characteristics in female patients with vaginitis who seek medical treatment at our Gynecological clinic.Methods A total of 3478 female patients with vaginitis who were treated in the Gynecology Department of our hospital from January,2023 to June,2023 were collected for the study,and their vaginal microbiota was evaluated and analyzed.Results The proportion of patients with mixed vaginitis(28.4%)was higher than that with simple vaginitis(27.77%).Among simple vaginitis,VVC(12.22%)had the highest infection rate;The infection rate of mixed vaginitis was the highest with AV+BV(15.53%).Conclusion The characteristic distribution of vaginal microbiota in female patients with vaginitis can provide important data-driven supports for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
