摘 要:目的探究血清基质金属蛋白酶12(MMP12)、趋化因子(C-X3-C基元)受体1(CX3CR1)与肥胖型(OB)支气管哮喘患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2020年9月至2023年5月在本院收治的200例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据OB诊断标准将其分为OB组(100例)和非OB组(100例),比较两组血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平。比较不同肺功能分度、不同疾病严重程度患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平。Pearson法分析血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平与肺功能分度、疾病严重程度的关系。结果OB组患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肺功能分度患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着肺功能分度的加重,患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同疾病严重程度患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着患儿疾病严重程度的增加,患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平依次升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,血清MMP12水平与肺功能分度、疾病严重程度呈正相关(r=0.502、0.517,P<0.05);血清CX3CR1与肺功能分度、疾病严重程度呈正相关(r=0.496、0.511,P<0.05)。结论OB支气管哮喘患儿血清MMP12、CX3CR1水平显著升高,且与患儿病情严重程度和肺功能密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between serum matrix metalloproteinase 12(MMP12),chemokine(C-X3-C motif)receptor 1(CX3CR1)and the severity of obesity(OB)in children with bronchial asthma.Methods Two hundred children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from September,2020 to May,2023 were collected as the research subjects.According to the diagnostic criteria for OB,these subjects were grouped into an OB group(100 cases)and a non-OB group(100 cases),and serum levels of MMP12 and CX3CR1 were compared between the two groups.Serum levels of MMP12 and CX3CR1 were compared among children with different lung function scores and disease severities.Pearson method was applied to analyze the relationship between serum MMP12 and CX3CR1 levels,lung function grading,and disease severity.Results Serum levels of MMP12 and CX3CR1 in the OB group were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in serum MMP12 and CX3CR1 levels among children with different lung function score(P<0.05).As the pulmonary function grading worsened,serum levels of MMP12 and CX3CR1 in the children gradually increased(P<0.05).The difference in serum MMP12 and CX3CR1 levels among children with different disease severity levels was statistically significant(P<0.05).As the severity of the disease increased,serum levels of MMP12 and CX3CR1 in the children increased sequentially(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that serum MMP12 level was positively correlated with lung function grading and disease severity(r=0.502,0.517,P<0.05),while serum CX3CR1 was positively correlated with lung function grading and disease severity(r=0.496,0.511,P<0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum MMP12 and CX3CR1 in children with OB bronchial asthma are significantly elevated,and are closely related to the disease severity and lung function.
