摘　　要：目的建立本实验室健康成人血清肿瘤特异性生长因子(tumor specific growth factor,TSGF)的参考区间。方法回顾性分析本实验室更换设备及试剂以来的TSGF测定值。采用颐兰贝全自动生化分析仪及湖南新大陆试剂,对本地区442例18~60岁健康成人进行血清TSGF测定,将检测结果按照性别、年龄进行分组。分析各分组差异性并建立验证参考区间。结果442例健康人群结果经过正态分布检验和离群值检验后,剔除异常数据,按性别进行统计,男性为36.96(30.91,43.72)U/mL,女性为42.96(37.70,48.24)U/mL,女性组与男性组差异无统计学意义(P=0.0124)。按照年龄分组,18~30岁组为37.46(30.97,43.52)U/mL,31~40岁组为38.01(32.37,43.43)U/mL,41~50岁组为42.85(36.39,48.76)U/mL,51~60岁组为44.48(37.11,48.98)U/mL,4个年龄组进行两两Mann-Whitney检验,18~30岁组与31~40岁组中位值差异无统计学意义(P=0.9202),41~50岁组与51~60岁组中位值差异无统计学意义(P=0.2667),其他各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。基于组间差异重新按照18~40岁,41~60岁分组并分别建立参考区间,考虑到实际应用,也建立了全年龄段参考区间。结论TSGF项目在本地区人群中性别差异不明显,但是存在年龄差异,建立18~40岁及41~60岁人群的参考区间,分别为0~54U/mL和0~61U/mL,全年龄段人群参考区间为0~58U/mL。Objective To establish a reference interval for serum tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in healthy adults in our laboratory.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted for TSGF measurement values since the replacement of equipment and reagents in our laboratory.Serum TSGF levels were measured in 442 healthy adults aged 18-60 in this area using the Yilanbei fully automated biochemical analyzer and Hunan New World reagents.The test results were grouped according to gender and age.We then evaluated the differences among different groups and established a validation reference interval.Results After conducting normal distribution and outlier tests on 442 healthy individuals,excluding abnormal data,statistical analysis was conducted by gender groups.The males group was 36.96(30.91,43.72)U/mL,while the females group was 42.96(37.70,48.24)U/mL.There was no significant difference between the female and male groups(P=0.0124).According to age groups,the 18-30 year old group was 37.46(30.97,43.52)U/mL,the 31-40 year old group was 38.01(32.37,43.43)U/mL,the 41-50 year old group was 42.85(36.39,48.76)U/mL,and the 51-60 year old group was 44.48(37.11,48.98)U/mL.Pairwise Mann Whitney tests were conducted among the four age groups,and there was no significant difference in the median values between the 18-30 year old group and the 31-40 year old group(P=0.9202).There was no significant difference in median values between the 41-50 year old group and the 51-60 year old group(P=0.2667),while there were significant differences between other groups(P<0.005).Based on inter group differences,the age groups were reorganized into 18-40 and 41-60 years old groups,and reference intervals were established for each group.Considering practical application purposes,reference intervals for all age groups were also established.Conclusion There is no significant gender difference in the TSGF project in the local population,but there is an age difference.A reference range of 0-54 U/mL and 0-61 U/mL is established for the 18-40 and 41-60 age group
