摘　　要：基于生态宜居理念,以寒冷地区住区规划设计为研究重点,采用案例研究法,以首山湖·畅园为例,从基地解读、住区特色营造、规划技术要点、建筑单体设计等方面着手,探讨寒冷地区生态宜居住区的设计理念和设计要点,助力我国住区建设的高质量发展。Based on the concept of ecological livability,the planning and design of residential areas in cold regions are taked as the research object.Using the case study method,taking Shoushan Lake·Changyuan as an example,the design concept and key points of ecological livable areas in cold regions from the aspects of base interpretation,community characteristic creation,planning technology points,and building individual design are explored,to help promote the high-quality development of residential area construction in China.
