摘  要:针对在电力资产规模急剧扩增背景下,如何提高电力企业的盈利能力,以及企业内部的资产管理运营效率的问题,提出利用云大物移技术,深化实物“ID”(电网资产统一身份编码,以下简称实物“ID”)数据链条作用,采集设备全寿命周期各阶段技术和价值信息,形成符合企业阶段性目标的安全、效能、成本最优化控制策略,围绕资产设备和成本量化结果,应用多维精益体系,构建量化展示模型,为企业发展提供辅助决策意见。In response to the issue of how to improve the profitability of power enterprises and the efficiency of internal asset management and operation in the context of rapid expansion of power asset scale,it is proposed to use cloud technology to deepen the role of physical"ID"data chain,collect technical and value information of equipment at all stages of the entire life cycle,and form safety,efficiency,and cost optimization control strategies that meet the phased goals of the enterprise.Based on the quantitative results of asset equipment and cost,a multi-dimensional lean system is applied to construct a quantitative display model,providing auxiliary decision-making opinions for enterprise development.
