摘　　要：针对配电网存在基础薄、欠账多、投资少等问题,围绕配电网中“盲调”、配电网抢修“盲指”的难题,开拓配电网数据接入新思路,以调度技术支持系统为平台,突破专业界限,创新接入营销用电信息采集系统、电能量计量系统、移动专网智能柱上开关数据信息,在设备“零改造”下,通过多时间尺度、多系统、跨安全区的配电网数据接入,建设配电网调度技术支持系统,实现了配电网首端开关-中间分支开关-末端配电变压器量测数据监视,全面提升配电网感知能力,配电网运行管控水平大幅提升。In response to the problems of weak foundation,high debt,and low investment in the distribution network,Songyuan Power Supply Company closely focuses on the problem of"blind adjustment"and"blind guidance"in distribution network repair,and explores new ideas for distribution network data access.Using the dispatch technology support system as a platform,breaking through professional boundaries,innovating the integration of marketing electricity information collection system,electric energy metering system,and mobile dedicated network intelligent pole switch data information.Under the"zero transformation"of equipment,data access to the distribution network is achieved through multiple time scales,systems,and cross safety zones.Realize data monitoring of distribution network front-end switches,intermediate branch switches,and terminal distribution variables,comprehensively improve the perception ability of the distribution network,and significantly improve the level of operation and control of the distribution network.
