摘　　要：目的:观察益气健脾通便方联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢传输便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取60例慢传输便秘患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用琥珀酸普卢卡必利治疗,治疗组采用益气健脾通便方联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组临床疗效、生活质量评分、大肠内标记物排出量、血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和肽类神经递质(SP)水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者生活质量自评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组下降明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者48 h和72 h后大肠内标记物排出量均较治疗前相同时间点增加(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组增加明显(P<0.05);两组患者SP水平均上升(P<0.05),NO含量均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组SP水平、NO含量改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾通便方联合穴位贴敷治疗慢传输便秘效果良好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian formula and acupoint application on slow transit constipation.Methods:60 cases of patients with slow-transit constipation were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prucalopride succinate,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian formula and acupoint application.Clinical efficacy,scores of quality of life,excretion amount of markers in large intestine and changes of content of serum nitric oxide(NO)and level of peptide neurotransmitters(SP)were observed in two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 83.33%of control group.After treatment in both groups,self-score of life-quality of patients was decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,the excretion amount of markers in large intestine of patients was significantly increased after 48 hours and 72 hours compared with at the same time point before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more significant than in the control group(P<0.05);the level of peptide neurotransmitters(SP)of patients was increased in both groups(P<0.05),while the content of serum nitric oxide was decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of SP level and NO content in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian formula and acupoint application on slow transit constipation is better.
