半夏苡仁汤治疗胃中不和型失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏苡仁汤治疗胃中不和型失眠症的效果及对肠道菌群的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的82例胃中不和型失眠症患者,随机分为两组各41例。对照组予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予半夏苡仁汤治疗。连续治疗4个疗程,比较两组患者治疗效果、睡眠状况、肠道菌群情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.24%明显高于对照组的73.17%(P﹤0.05)。治疗组PSQI评分显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者普雷沃菌属、巨单胞菌属、双歧杆菌属、毛螺菌属群丰度显著高于对照组,拟杆菌属、粪杆菌属群丰度均显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:半夏苡仁汤治疗胃中不和型失眠症疗效较好,可有效改善睡眠状况,并可调节患者肠道菌群结构。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Yiren decoction on insomnia with syndrome of disorder of stomach and its effect on intestinal flora.Methods:82 cases of eligible patients with insomnia with syndrome of disorder of stomach were selected and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eszolam tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with Banxia Yiren decoction on the basis of control group,and continuously for four courses of treatment.The curative effect,sleep status and intestinal flora of patients were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%of control group(P<0.05);PSQI score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the abundance of prevotella,megamonas,bi fidobacterium and lachnospira genera of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the abundance of bacteroides and fecal bacilli genera were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Banxia Yiren decoction on insomnia with syndrome of disorder of stomach is better,which can effectively improve the sleep status and regulate the structure of intestinal flora of patients.
