微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年3月于苏州工业园区星海医院接受手术治疗的掌骨骨折患者70例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组(34例,接受克氏针内固定治疗)与观察组(36例,接受微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、恢复指标和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:与克氏针内固定相比,微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗掌骨骨折的临床效果更显著,可以进一步缩短术后恢复时间,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of microplate screw fixation on metacarpal fracture.Methods:A total of seventy patients with metacarpal fracture who received surgical treatment in Suzhou Industrial Park Xinghai Hospital from January 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(34 patients receiving Kirschner needle internal fixation)and observation group(36 patients receiving microplate screw internal fixation)according to treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,recovery indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);fracture healing time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than control group,and operation time was longer than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Compared with Kirschner needle internal fixation,microplate screw internal fixation has more significant clinical effect in the treatment of metacarpal fracture,which can further shorten postoperative recovery time and reduce postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
