摘　　要：目的:探究二仙汤加减联合耳穴贴压治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月新沂市中医医院接诊的更年期综合征患者140例参与临床研究,以随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各70例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予二仙汤加减联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、kupperman指数、血清雌二醇(E2)水平与治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者心悸、失眠、烦躁易怒、腰膝酸软积分均低于治疗前,且研究组失眠、腰膝酸软积分低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者kupperman指数均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.0001);治疗后,两组患者E2水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P=0.0158)。结论:耳穴贴压联合二仙汤加减治疗更年期综合征的效果显著,能改善患者血清E2水平及中医证候积分,缓解失眠、烦躁易怒等更年期相关症状,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Erxian decoction plus reduction combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods:One hundred and forty patients with menopausal syndrome admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected to participate in the clinical study,and were divided into a control group and a study group of seventy cases each by random drawing method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Erxian decoction plus reduction combined with auricular acupressure treatment on the basis of the control group.Comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome score,kupperman index,serum estradiol(E2)level,and treatment effect between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of palpitation,insomnia,irritability,and lumbar and knee soreness were lower than those before treatment in both groups,and the scores of insomnia and lumbar and knee soreness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the kupperman index was lower than that before treatment in both groups,and the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.0001);after treatment,the serum E2 level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0158).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure combined with Erxian decoction plus reduction is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome,which can improve the patients'serum E2 level and Chinese medicine syndrome score,and relieve insomnia,irritability and other symptoms related to menopause,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
