社区高血压患者常见药物不良反应及合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区高血压患者常见的药物不良反应,以期为临床合理用药提供参考建议。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月无锡市滨湖区蠡园街道社区卫生服务中心收治的高血压患者100例作为研究对象,对常用药物的不良反应发生情况及不合理用药情况进行分析。结果:100例高血压患者中,共报告8例不良反应,不良反应发生率为8.00%,表现为胃肠道反应1例,过敏性皮炎1例,一般过敏反应2例,上腹部疼痛1例,头晕、耳痛2例,下肢水肿1例。钙离子阻滞剂不良反应发生率为4.54%,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂不良反应发生率为11.90%,β受体阻滞剂不良反应发生率为5.00%,利尿剂不良反应发生率为6.25%。100例患者中,共有7例存在不合理用药情况,发生率为7.00%。结论:社区高血压患者在临床用药中存在一定的药物不良反应发生风险,社区医务人员需熟练掌握各类药物的适应证、禁忌证等,结合患者病情制定合理的用药方案。Objective:To analyze the common adverse drug reactions in community hypertensive patients,with a view to providing reference suggestions for rational clinical medication.Methods:One hundred cases of hypertensive patients admitted to Wuxi Binhu District Liyuan Street Community Health Service Center from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the occurrence of adverse reactions to commonly used medications and unreasonable medication use were analyzed.Results:Among one hundred hypertensive patients,eight cases of adverse reactions were reported,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 8.00%,which manifested as one case of gastrointestinal reaction,one case of allergic dermatitis,two cases of general allergic reaction,one case of epigastric pain,two cases of dizziness and earache,and one case of lower limb edema.The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.54%for calcium blockers,11.90%for angiotensin Ⅱ receptor inhibitors,5.00%for beta blockers,and 6.25%for diuretics.A total of seven out of one hundred patients had irrational medication use,with an incidence of 7.00%.Conclusion:Community hypertensive patients in the clinical use of medication there is a certain risk of adverse drug reactions,community medical personnel need to master the indications and contraindications of various types of drugs,combined with the patient's condition to develop a reasonable medication program.
