摘  要:目的:应用德尔菲法进行《围生期孕妇健康素养量表》条目筛选,为构建适用于测量围生期孕妇的健康素养工具提供参考。方法:采用德尔菲法选取18位中级及以上职称专家并开展专家咨询,将专家咨询结果进行数据录入及统计分析。结果:专家积极系数为90%,平均权威系数0.87。根据专家咨询结果,最终删除6个条目,增加1个条目,形成含58个条目的初始量表,分为3个领域(共包含11个维度)。结论:应用德尔菲法专家咨询法对评定量表进行条目筛选,初步确立了围生期孕妇健康素养评定体系,为临床相关研究提供参考。Objective:Screening of entries in the Perinatal Maternal Health Literacy Scale applying the Delphi method to provide a reference for constructing a health literacy tool applicable to measuring perinatal pregnant women.Methods:Eighteen experts with intermediate or higher titles were selected by the Delphi method and expert consultation was carried out,and the results of the expert consultation were entered into the data and statistically analyzed.Results:The positive coefficient of experts was 90%,and the average authority coefficient was 0.87;according to the results of the expert consultation,six entries were finally deleted and one was added to form an initial scale containing fifty-eight entries,which was divided into three domains(containing a total of eleven dimensions).Conclusion:By applying the Delphi method of expert consultation to screen the entries of the rating scale,the initial health literacy rating system for pregnant women in the perinatal period has been established,which provides a reference for clinically relevant research.
