摘 要:航空发动机外部管路系统是保证发动机正常运转的必要结构,目前外部管路主要使用的原材料有不锈钢、钛合金和镍基高温合金等金属材料。近年来,随着树脂基复合材料的不断发展,复合材料结构的耐温性、成型性、可靠性等性能均有了明显提升,在一些民用客机和发动机上逐渐替代原有的金属异形管路,极大限度地满足了管路系统在高性能、轻量化、一体化成型等方面的需求,展现出了良好的应用前景。本文针对航空发动机外部管路现状、复材管路应用前景、复材管路的选材和成型工艺的选择、以及复材管路适航符合性验证等方面进行了分析、综述和展望。The external pipe system of aircraft engine is a necessary structure to ensure the safe and stable operation of the engine.At the moment,the materials widely used in the external pipe system of large bypass ratio aircraft engine are metal materials,which are mainly stainless steel,nickel base super alloys and titanium alloys.In recent years,the temperature resistance,formability,reliability and other performance of composite material structures have been significantly improved with the development of resin based composite materials.And some of the metal pipes on civil aircraft and engines have been replaced by composite materials,which can greatly meet the needs of pipeline systems in high-performance,lightweight,integrated molding,and other aspects,demonstrating good application prospects.In this paper,the application of resin matrix composites in the external pipe system of aircraft engine will be discussed and prospected from the current development status of pipe system,selection of material and forming process,and verification experiment.
