摘  要:目前,某电厂行政交换机不具备网际互连协议(Internet Protocol,IP)通信功能,考虑设备的平滑过渡和应对下一代网络的融合发展,对电力多业务通信系统进行扩容改造,新增一套行政软交换系统,主要涉及行政软交换建设方案、系统整体安全方案、网络服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)保证与带宽要求以及与电信交换网统一编号4个方面。各系统间利用现有网络采用会话初始协议(Session Initialization Protocol,SIP)软交换模型中继互联互通,将行政和调度业务融合至一个系统,有效解决电力厂房和新办公大楼的通信问题,在电力系统通信网上实现电力行政和调度多业务的灵活、安全及可靠应用。At present,the administrative switch of a power plant does not have the Internet Protocol(IP)communication function.Considering the smooth transition of the equipment and coping with the convergence of the next-generation network,the multi-service communication system of the power plant is expanded and transformed,and a new administrative softswitch system is added,which mainly involves four aspects,including the construction plan of the administrative softswitch,the overall security plan of the system,the Quality of Service(QoS)guarantee and bandwidth requirements,and the unified numbering with the telecommunication switching network.The systems utilize the existing network to adopt Session Initialization Protocol(SIP)softswitch model trunking interconnection and intercommunication,integrating administrative and scheduling services into a single system,effectively solving the communication problems of electric power plants and new office buildings,realizing the flexible,safe and reliable application of electric power administration and dispatching multi-services on the communication network of electric power system.
