基于主元分析方法的公立医院财务预算信息化管理系统

摘　　要：公立医院财务预算信息化管理系统存在运行故障高,若不能准确划分数据类型,会导致系统出现运行故障,影响财务预算信息化管理效果。为此,提出基于主元分析法(principal component analysis,PCA)的公立医院财务预算信息化管理系统设计。设计公立医院财务预算信息化管理系统整体框架,分析财务预算信息化管理系统各项模块性能;通过PCA对财务数据进行分析,完成系统数据库设计,结合硬件模块具体功能设计软件程序实现流程;将设计的硬件与软件整合,完成公立医院财务预算信息化管理系统的设计。实验结果证明:通过所提方法设计的预算管理系统,在预算信息化管理时系统运行效果好。The information management system of financial budget in public hospitals has a high degree of operation failure,if the data type can not be accurately divided,it will lead to the operation failure of the system and affect the effect of information management of financial budget.Therefore,proposes the design of public hospital financial budget information management system based on principal component analysis(PCA).Design the overall framework of the public hospital financial budget information management system,analyze the performance of each module of the financial budget information management system,analyze the financial data through the PCA,complete the system database design,and design the software program implementation process combined with the specific functions of the hardware module;Integrate the designed hardware and software to complete the design of public hospital financial budget information management system.The experimental results show that the budget management system designed by the proposed method works well in the budget information management.
