摘  要:针对砂芯烘干生产线等高温作业环境的需求,设计了一种基于机器视觉的物料托盘编码与识别系统,并根据现场车间生产状况确定了编码盘的结构以及工业相机和编码盘的安装位置,完成了系统硬件和软件设计。利用图像识别技术对托盘编码进行识别、匹配和处理,并通过理论分析和模拟测试验证了该方法具有较高的准确率,故该系统具有一定的推广应用价值。A material tray coding and recognition system based on machine vision was designed to meet the requirements of high-temperature working environments such as sand core drying production lines.The structure of the coding disk was determined based on the production status of the on-site workshop,as well as the installation positions of industrial cameras and coding disks.The hardware and software design of the system was completed.By using image recognition technology,the tray encoding was identified,matched,and processed.Finally,the higher accuracy of this method was verified through theoretical analysis and simulation testing,which has certain promotion value.
