摘 要:振动分选在现在农业生产和工业生产中具有十分广泛的应用,相关学者对振动方式及振动参数对振动分选效果的影响进行了较多深入的研究,而对振动分选容器内部结构对振动分选效果的影响则研究较少。针对这一问题,对相同外形、不同内部结构的容器对振动分选效果的影响进行了研究。运行数值模拟方法,设计了三种具有相同外形、不同内部底面凸起的振动分选容器,采用三种容器在相同的振动方式下分选相同的颗粒,得到三种内部不同结构容器的振动分选效果,并对分选结果进行分析,结果表明:适当设计容器底部横筋从而增大与颗粒的接触面积对分选具有积极意义。Vibration separation is widely used in agricultural production and industrial production.Relevant scholars have done more in-depth research on the influence of vibration mode and vibration parameters on vibration separation effect,but less on the influence of internal structure of vibration separation container on vibration separation effect.This paper will study the influence of containers with the same shape and different internal structures on vibration separation.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to design three kinds of vibration sorting containers with the same shape and different protrusions on the inner bottom,so that the three containers can sort the same particles in the same vibration motion mode,and the vibration sorting effects of three kinds of containers with different internal structures are obtained.By analyzing the sorting results,it is found that it is of positive significance to properly design the transverse bar at the bottom of the container and increase the contact area with the particles.
